Perhaps you have lived in Sheridan all your life. Or maybe you live hundreds of miles away but still have family here. Maybe you have never lived in Sheridan at all but you have another connection to our town’s storied past.

Whatever draws you to our site, we hope you will consider joining us in our mission to preserve and celebrate our local history. 

As a not-for-profit, our success depends upon the support of people just like you. Membership dollars are the only source of steady revenue we have to help pay utilities, maintain our historic building, and purchase archival containers and supplies to ensure our artifacts are taken care of.

But even if this weren’t the case, we would still want to have you on our team – because preserving our past is all about preserving community. In other words, you are the reason we do what we do.
